All of these questions are great questions and if you feel like your question hasn't been answered on our site, please get in touch with us. We have a FAQ page which hopefully addresses some of these questions, but there might be one's we haven't thought of. We will be more than happy to answer any of your questions. In fact, it will help us understand what you need from our site and that will help us grow and be able to offer you the most enjoyable sewing experience that you can have....and that's our aim.

If you would like to support a small business then you are in the right place. All of our products have been designed with love, care and an attention to detail that can often be lost in a large business. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail from deciding how many more millimetres to add onto the seam of a characters nose to make it look better, to what shade of tissue paper to use to wrap the contents inside the sewing kits so that it matches the colours running through the website. This is the level of detail that only a small business obsessed with creating the perfect product for customers, will go to.  And, if you would like to know about any of these details that have been so carefully thought through, we would be really happy to tell you about them. After all, that attention to detail is a big part of what we offer and we want you to know about it.
